Reiki is not just for animals and humans. It’s also for plants? Today I worked on my little green friend, a Spider plant. I started the process by grounding first. It's essential to ground before you do any kind of Reiki. My technique is a visualisation is connecting to the Earth through my feet imaginging theres roots coming from my feet then going to the core of theearth then on my inhale letting the cores engery travel up through the cords and into all parts of my body, I then shield i do this method by creating an energy ball around my heart space then expanding it to a point it expands out of my body and creates a silver shield, this can also be gold too theres no right or wrong way to do this.
