Hi

Recently, I've been reflecting on the season of goodwill and observing how many communities have come together to support one another. Personally, I've never been one for Christmas. I consider myself a Reiki Nomad, accompanied only by myself, my belongings, and what I call a mini wolf, but a Shih Tzu to everyone else, whilst my family and friends, though dear to me, often feel a million miles away.

This year, I decided to settle down after many years of travelling around the country, settling in to many communities and meeting people from all walks of life.

This season, while the world rushes around, I’ve found myself slowing down, grounding back into the energy of home, presence, and gratitude.

Winter asks us to turn inward, to rest and realign our energy. Reiki reminds us that stillness is as powerful as action

This year has been one of grounding after years on the move. I’ve shared Reiki in Local cafes, shared my Artworks to local high Street Stores, and met incredible souls who remind me how universal healing really is.
